Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of QA frameworks, tools, and methodologies
  • Ensure quality oversight and business continuity in ticket handling, calls, and client facing activities across all shifts
  • Drive the integration of AI and automation in QA processes
  • Act as escalation point and QA subject matter expert
  • Promote proactive quality assurance

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of quality assurance experience in a service or IT environment; experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is a strong advantage.
  • Background in coaching, mentoring, or leading peers, with or without a formal supervisory title.
  • Exposure to automation tools, AI-driven QA systems, or process improvement projects is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of IT service delivery operations, including ticketing, call support, and SLAs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365; familiarity with QA systems and cloud-based platforms.
  • Competency in interpreting data and generating actionable insights from quality metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and critical thinking.
  • Leadership presence with the ability to influence, guide, and collaborate across departments.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable to change.
