Job Description
- Support appropriate strategies and drive campus initiatives to make sure the desired demographics is being reached and pipelines are well-managed
- Assist in managing Shopee's flagship campus programs: Graduate Development Program, Future Operations Leaders Program, Apprentice Program (internship), Year Round Internships, etc.
- Coordinate and facilitate on-campus/ virtual recruiting events from job fairs, talks, and conferences to other social events
- Manage relationships with university career offices, partners, alumni, and students and provide interface with all candidates
- Assist on employer branding planning and implementation
- Manage interview arrangements for candidates, including but not limited to scheduling interviews and administering tests
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers
- Take charge of the logistical and operational preparation for events
- Maintain the calendar of upcoming events and interviews
- With at least 2 years of working experience in the end to end Recruitment is highly preferred for this position; Fresh graduates with solid HR internship experience are welcome to apply
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
- Creative, resourceful and engaging
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in working with reports and ATS
