Summary:
- Responsible to ensure that an integrated and effective implementation of talent management framework initiatives has been achieved within the company to promote organizational change, improve performance and positive climate amongst divisions, departments, and employees
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the Design of Talent Mobility Framework, concepts and principles that will significantly help retain talents for the long term to be able to make the organization stay competitive and achieve its business goals.
- Implementation of the Talent Mobility Framework, concepts and principles with close coordination with HR Business Partners and Line Partners.
- Implementation of tools for Individual Development to promote career progression and personal development for all employees
- Implement, facilitate talent reviews in the organization comprising of all information and analysis of talents.
- Implement Talent Differentiation to help organization retain and develop high potential talents and identify targeted interventions for other classification of employees
- Implement, and align succession planning with talent classification to ensure proper turn over and successor readiness are met
Requirements:
- BS/BA Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science and other related course with statistical background.
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources with significant exposure in Talent Management
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
