As we scale, we’re looking for a Content Strategist who can craft compelling, strategic content that educates, engages, and builds demand for our services. This role is key to shaping how we communicate our value, positioning us as thought leaders in the industry.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly skilled Content Strategist with strong copywriting abilities who understands how to develop content that drives brand awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation. You will own the content strategy, creating educational materials, thought leadership pieces, and marketing assets that align with our business goals and target audience needs.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution—someone who can develop the content roadmap, write high-quality copy, and optimize content for engagement, SEO, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Development
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with OakTech’s brand positioning and business objectives.
- Plan, research, and create thought leadership content, including whitepapers, blog articles, reports, case studies, and investor education materials.
- Craft demand-generation content to educate potential investors, businesses, and stakeholders about our services and investment opportunities.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, messaging, and tone while being engaging and informative.
2. Copywriting & Content Creation
- Write compelling copy for blogs, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, video scripts, and investor marketing materials.
- Develop SEO-driven content strategies to increase organic reach and visibility.
- Work closely with designers and video creators to develop engaging multimedia content (infographics, presentations, videos, etc.).
- Ensure content is structured for conversion, engagement, and lead nurturing.
3. Thought Leadership & Industry Positioning
- Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor strategies to position OakTech and Terra Rossa as market leaders.
- Research and create educational investor content, helping potential investors and businesses understand fund incubation and investment opportunities.
- Work with leadership to create personal branding content (LinkedIn articles, executive ghostwriting, interviews, and speaking points).
4. Content Distribution & Performance Optimization
- Collaborate with paid media, social media, and SEO teams to ensure content is distributed effectively across multiple platforms.
- Track and analyze content performance using Google Analytics, SEO tools, and engagement metrics, optimizing based on data-driven insights.
- Continuously refine content strategies based on audience behavior, feedback, and market trends.
Copywriting Excellence – You have a strong writing background, capable of crafting engaging, persuasive, and informative content for different audience segments.
Strategic Thinker – You understand how content fits into the larger marketing funnel and can create demand-driven content strategies.
SEO & Digital Marketing Knowledge – You have experience optimizing content for search engines and know how to drive organic traffic.
Experience in Finance, Investments, or B2B Marketing – You understand how to communicate complex financial concepts in an engaging and digestible way.
Content Creation & Repurposing – You know how to maximize content across different formats (blogs, posts, videos, email sequences, LinkedIn, reports, social media, etc.).
Project Management Skills – You can manage multiple content projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven – You’re comfortable using content management tools (WordPress, HubSpot), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Ahrefs), CRMs (GoHighLevel and Hubspot)and AI-driven writing tools (ChatGPT, Grammarly).
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or digital marketing.
- Experience working in finance, investment, or B2B-focused industries is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
- Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, or Grammarly for content ideation, writing assistance, and optimization.
- Ability to repurpose long-form content into engaging bite-sized pieces for social media and marketing campaigns.
