The primary role of the CRM Analyst is to optimize customer onboarding, engagement, retention, and loyalty, contributing to long-term growth and profitability of the organization. The role requires a deep technical, sales and risk understanding to design and implement strategies that will enable business growth by leveraging on customer data insights.

What You’ll Do:

  • Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports
  • Data analytics including development and maintenance of databases
  • Create dashboards and adhoc analyses for business needs
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Customer Journey Mapping
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

What You Need To Have

  • Open to fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience
  • Coding knowledge regardless of language
  • Experience in business intelligence tools (ex. Power BI, Tableau)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL etc.)
