Step into a key role managing the financial operations for a diverse property portfolio using industry-leading software solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to work with modern tools including Quickbooks, Buildium, and Dext while handling both commercial and residential property accounting. Responsibilities

  • Drive financial accuracy through expert management of accounts receivable, general ledger, and balance sheet operations
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology including Quickbooks, Buildium, and Dext to streamline and optimize accounting processes
  • Oversee tenant-related financial matters including lease documentation and payment tracking
  • Manage multi-entity accounting operations with attention to detail and compliance
  • Process and categorize financial documents through automated systems while ensuring accuracy
  • Perform regular account reconciliations and maintain balanced books across all entities
  • Support property management operations through financial reporting and analysis
  • Contribute to the optimization of financial workflows and processes

Requirements

  • Quickbooks certification required
  • Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Property management or real estate industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail in financial operations
  • Ability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with modern accounting and property management software
  • Experience managing multiple business entities preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with leadership
