Role Summary

The AI Solutions Director will drive The VA Group’s AI strategy, leading innovation across internal systems, client deliverables, and talent development. This executive role will also serve as a thought leader and solutions expert for both internal and external stakeholders. In addition to shaping the AI roadmap, the AI Solutions Director will be responsible for facilitating AI onboarding and demo calls with clients, ensuring seamless adoption of AI-powered services and tools.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic AI Leadership

  • Define and execute The VA Group’s AI vision, aligning initiatives with business goals and growth targets.
  • Identify and prioritize AI opportunities that improve client outcomes, team productivity, and service innovation.
  • Collaborate with department heads and the CEO to embed AI across sales, client success, recruiting, and operations.

AI Implementation & Client Innovation

  • Oversee the development and deployment of internal AI solutions and client-facing tools (e.g., prospecting automation, reporting bots, campaign tools).
  • Lead the productization of AI-enhanced services that elevate Virtual Assistant performance and output quality.
  • Ensure AI integrations are scalable, secure, and tailored to client objectives.

Client Demo Calls & Onboarding Support

  • Facilitate AI demo calls with prospects and clients, presenting tailored use cases and showcasing our AI capabilities.
  • Support onboarding of new clients into AI-powered service tracks, helping them understand best practices, tools, and expected outcomes.
  • Serve as a consultative resource for clients adopting AI-enhanced VA services, ensuring clarity and confidence throughout the process.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years experience working with AI/automation tools or managing AI-related projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of OpenAI/GPT, Jasper, Notion AI, Make.com/Zapier, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills; especially in demo, training, or consulting-style conversations.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and lead others in implementing solutions.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in or with Virtual Assistant teams, BPOs, or SaaS environments.
  • Background in systems integration, automation workflows, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Comfortable creating documentation, training materials, and internal support resources.
