Proactively source candidates through active networking, resume database searching, internet mining, social media, professional associations, cold calling, placing advertisements, and creative sourcing methods

Establish and maintain candidate database of pre-qualified candidates to meet current and anticipated business needs

Coordinate Hiring Manager debrief sessions and the selection/offer process

Utilize Applicant Tracking System (Taleo TBE) to manage searches and the recruiting process – Entering/Updating requisitions and resumes; Sourcing, Profiling, and Matching Candidates; Tracking and updating candidate dispositions; Maintaining integrity of data; prepare recruiting related reports

Ensure compliance in the Recruiting/Hiring process with laws and regulations, including EEO and AAP compliance

Coordinate and provide timely feedback to all candidates that supports a positive candidate experience

Interface directly with company management to ensure recruiting needs are fulfilled and communicate progress on recruiting goals and objectives
