Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Specialist specializing in Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations. The position is located in Taguig. The HR Specialist will manage compensation and benefits programs, develop and implement HR policies, and handle employee relations. Daily tasks include assisting employees with benefits inquiries, conducting salary benchmarking, evaluating HR policies for improvements, addressing employee issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
