Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the timely application and renewal of various food regulatory requirements to ensure compliance (e.g., FDA - CPR & LTO, HALAL, BPI, SRA, and other regulatory requirements).
  • Must stay up-to-date on current and emerging regulations, guidelines, and legal compliance.
  • Communicate regulatory information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conducts audits to identify areas of potential non-compliance and recommended actions.
  • Provide support to FSMS during corporate audits (supplier, customer, and internal company audits).
  • Maintain records and documentation related to regulatory compliance.

Required Skills/Competencies

Knowledgeable in different food regulatory standards and compliance.

  • Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems
  • Must be attentive to details, thorough, systematic and organized
  • Good oral and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office

Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably graduate of BS Food Technology, BS Nutrition or other related science courses
  • At least one (1) year of related experience
