Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will collaborate closely with management to develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in human resources, with a comprehensive understanding of various HR functions. Experience in the BPO industry, managing a workforce of at least 100 employees, and leadership experience overseeing a small team is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Align HR strategies with business objectives, providing guidance to management on HR-related matters.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems and support managers in employee development.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Compensation and Benefits: Assist in developing competitive compensation structures and benefits packages.
- Leadership: Manage a small HR team, providing direction and support.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of three years in human resources, preferably in a generalist role.
- Industry Background: Experience in the BPO sector managing at least 100 employees is advantageous.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team of 2-3 HR professionals.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
