What’s the Job?

This is a dynamic, hands-on HR & Admin Manager role for someone who thrives in keeping operations seamless while being the go-to person for office support, employee experience, and facilities coordination. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Leadership to ensure our Philippines office is functional, friendly, and fun—a place where people love to work.

As the HR Manager, you’ll oversee critical HR functions, including reporting, employee relations, leadership development, and rewards & retention programs. You’ll act as a strategic partner to the HR Director, driving HR initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:HR Leadership & Strategy

  • Serve as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), providing strategic HR solutions to support business objectives.
  • Lead full-cycle HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, and talent development.
  • Design and implement career development paths, training programs, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, morale, and retention strategies to support rapid business growth.
  • Prepare and update HR reports (org charts, QBRs, annual reports) and ensure data accuracy.

Talent & Organizational Development

  • Oversee recruitment for business units, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Support leadership development programs, including planning and facilitation.
  • Manage Rewards & Retention Programs, including recognition and loyalty awards.
  • Conduct organizational diagnostics to enhance team performance and productivity.

Office & Facilities Management

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations in the Philippines.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and office improvements.
  • Foster a positive, efficient, and engaging work environment.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in HR, specializing in employee engagement, culture, and talent development.
  • HRBP experience (preferably in an international/overseas business).
  • Strong expertise in performance management, team cohesion, and organizational development.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and execution-driven—able to manage tasks independently.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and thrives under pressure.
  • Willing to work night shifts (as needed).
