Lead, Web Content Management
The Web Content Management Lead helps supervise day-to-day Web content management operations and assists the ecommerce team with executing content projects. The Web Content Lead is responsible for auditing, analyzing, producing, publishing, and maintaining website content, as well as leading a team of 3 Web content producers.
The individual will serve as a subject matter expert of CelebrityCruises.com AEM content management authoring capabilities, as well create a vision for enhancing content authoring components. Additionally, the candidate will lead large scale content audit and publishing projects, work with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot, resolve defects, supervise content QA and lead content UAT.
The ideal candidate should have solid analytical capabilities, strong initiative and excellent communication skills. Must be flexible to work varying hours to support global markets and be capable of adapting to an ever-changing environment.
- Lead team of 3 Web content producers in content authoring, QA, UAT, defect resolution and content audits
- Audit content and AEM components, experience fragments and configuration settings to identify risks and opportunities, and work with Web Content Manager to develop a roadmap to reduce risks and capitalize on areas of opportunity
- Author web content using AEM based on requests raised via Jira tickets
- Work with Product, Engineering and QA teams to create Web functionality enhancement stories involving content updates or AEM component configurations
- Content POC in JIRA Product Development stories, code deployments and migrations
- Collaborate with GBS lead, QA or Dev as needed, during the migration process
- Action content queries and edit requests raised outside of Jira as assigned by Web Content Manager
- Lead team brainstorming, troubleshooting and validation content tasks or updates
- Act as a point-person and subject matter expert for AEM content and component configurations
- Lead Booking Funnel content enhancement work QA, UAT and validation
- Analyze issues in existing software and document authoring defects
- Train and support new staff members in Manila as needed
- Manage a work stream for a variety of content, while staying within Brand, Style Guidelines and approved messaging
- Own assignments end-to-end as assigned and overseen by Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 7+ years of web and/or digital content experience with an enterprise ecommerce website
- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager with multi-site taxonomy and content authoring
- Strong knowledge of HTML, wire frames, and creative design
- Experience with large scale content audits, content QA and development UAT
- Experience with JIRA and Browser Stack
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills
- Familiarity with a variety of online marketing concepts, best practices and procedures
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
