  • Configure and optimize GoHighLevel CRM workflows to streamline client communications and business processes
  • Design and implement automated notification systems for client and partner communications
  • Create and maintain email workflows and communication templates
  • Monitor loan status updates and coordinate with processing team on critical items
  • Design basic marketing materials using Canva for social media presence
  • Manage executive email inboxes and handle correspondence professionally
  • Track loan file statuses and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Assist with basic Google Ads management and optimization
  • Support multiple executives with administrative tasks and calendar management
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization

Requirements

  • Proven experience with CRM systems, GoHighLevel experience is a plus
  • Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools
  • Working knowledge of social media marketing principles
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented mindset with focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with team
  • Experience in real estate or mortgage industry is a plus
