Position Overview

The People Associate is responsible for various personnel and administrative-related duties to improve employee engagement and wellness, and ensure a smooth and positive employee experience. This position involves handling employee welfare initiatives. The People Associate also contributes to fostering a high-performing company culture by piloting the development and implementation of work-life programs and activities planned for employees.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Employee Engagement

  • Performs administrative tasks to support company events.
  • Drives initiatives which are in line with strategic priorities with a focus on improving culture and employee engagement.
  • Administers liaison tasks for employee engagement activities and events.

Employee Rewards

  • Handles the company’s Rewards and Recognition program such as but not limited to:
  • Maintaining the efficiency of R&R.
  • Updating the R&R trackers and files .
  • Disbursing allowances and rewards to employees.
  • Proposes and develops projects that uplift employees through Reward and Recognition.

Additional Duties:

  • Accomplishes other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager.
  • Assists the other teams in various clerical/administrative tasks.

WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related 4-year course.
  • At least 1-year experience in Human Resources, specifically in Employee Relations and Engagement.
  • Experience in planning and organizing activities and events such as seminars, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Budgeting and cost analysis.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Creative and outgoing.
  • Strong social skills.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
