Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Officer located in Manila. The Human Resource Officer shall be accountable for the Human Resource Management, administration and compliance of respective regional assignments. The role involves in managing Human Resource Assistant/Supervisors of Puregold branches, coordination with other HR Officers and Supervisors, Department Managers (Head Office), Regional Managers and Store based employees. Also responsible for the Recruitment, Employee and Labor relations, People Development, Records management, Compensation and benefits, Management of Service provider and Reportorial requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management and Behavioral Science.

With five (5) years of work experience in the same capacity

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work on-site in Manila

Previous experience in retail or a similar industry is a plus.
