The Technical Project Manager will remotely oversee end-to-end software and SaaS project lifecycles—scoping through delivery—ensuring alignment to timeline, budget, and scope by leading cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, and operations
. Working primarily during U.S. business hours or with significant overlap, they employ Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage schedules, risks, and budgets, while providing clear, culturally-aware English communication with stakeholders
. A background in software development or engineering, plus experience coordinating international or offshore teams, is a significant plus
Core Responsibilities- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to adhere strictly to plan
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional engineering, QA, design, and operations teams to mitigate risks and resolve issues
- Employ both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to plan, track, and report on project progress
- Prepare and deliver regular status updates, demos, and presentations to clients and to communicate progress and risks
- Oversee quality assurance, validate deliverables, and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure final outputs meet requirements
- Manage project budgets, develop financial forecasts, and monitor expenditure throughout the project lifecycle
- English Fluency: Exceptional written and verbal skills for clear, culturally-aware collaboration in a remote, distributed environment
- International Coordination: Experience managing or coordinating with offshore teams, particularly in the Philippines or other global locations
- U.S. Hours Availability: Comfortable working U.S. business hours (full or partial overlap) to facilitate real-time coordination with stateside teams
- Proven TPM Experience: Demonstrated success leading technical or software development projects, managing scope, budget, and timelines
- Organizational & Time Management: Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities, set realistic timelines, and deliver on schedule
- Technical Background: Degree or hands-on experience in software development, computer science, or engineering to effectively “speak the team’s language”
