  • Prepare and deliver regular status updates, demos, and presentations to clients and to communicate progress and risks
  • Oversee quality assurance, validate deliverables, and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure final outputs meet requirements
  • Manage project budgets, develop financial forecasts, and monitor expenditure throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • English Fluency: Exceptional written and verbal skills for clear, culturally-aware collaboration in a remote, distributed environment
  • International Coordination: Experience managing or coordinating with offshore teams, particularly in the Philippines or other global locations
  • U.S. Hours Availability: Comfortable working U.S. business hours (full or partial overlap) to facilitate real-time coordination with stateside teams
  • Proven TPM Experience: Demonstrated success leading technical or software development projects, managing scope, budget, and timelines
  • Organizational & Time Management: Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities, set realistic timelines, and deliver on schedule

  • Technical Background: Degree or hands-on experience in software development, computer science, or engineering to effectively “speak the team’s language”
