Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant HR Manager to lead people management, organizational development, and talent acquisition while providing minor support in HR operations. This role is critical in fostering a high-performance culture, developing leadership, and ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
People Management & Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and career development plans.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization.
Organizational Development:
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Partner with management to drive organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop succession planning and leadership development programs to strengthen internal talent pipelines.
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate selection, interview processes, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build a strong employer brand.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines.
HR Operations:
- Support HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure proper documentation, HRIS maintenance, and reporting as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Working knowledge of HR operations & compliance.
