FSD is the team behind Minute Burger, a pioneer in Buy 1, Take 1 burgers with over 600 stores nationwide, and BBQ Bob, which brings delicious barbeque meals to Filipino customers. The Admin Associate for Butcher Bob is responsible for managing product sales, processing orders, and coordinating with the warehouse to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of both employee and Grabmart orders. This role also involves maintaining detailed transaction records and providing excellent customer service within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Sales Management

  • Strategically promote and market the company’s frozen product line to office employees through weekly sales initiatives, driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base within the corporate .environment.

2. Order Processing and Documentation

  • Execute accurate and timely processing of employee orders through the designated Point-of-Sale (POS) platform, ensuring data integrity and maintaining systematic order documentation on a daily basis.

3. Digital Platform Order Management

  • Monitor and process incoming orders from the Grabmart platform, ensuring seamless order fulfillment while adhering to platform-specific protocols and service level agreements.

4. Warehouse Coordination

  • Facilitate effective communication with warehouse personnel to guarantee complete and accurate order fulfillment, while ensuring timely dispatch of both employee and Grabmart orders according to established delivery schedules.

5. Transaction Record Management

  • Implement and maintain a comprehensive record-keeping system for all sales transactions, encompassing both office employee purchases and Grabmart orders, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with company documentation standards.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
