Restaurant Manager
The Store Supervisor is responsible for planning, leading, and managing all day-to-day activities of the store. She/He orchestrate and engage the store team to achieve highest level of customer service standards to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets.
1. People Management and Training
• Oversee branch employees’ activities
• Manages the onboarding, training and development of the store team and ensures that all HR policies and all store policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Creates a high-performance culture in his/her store by setting clear expectations and targets, analyzing team performance, holding team members accountable and giving appropriate and prompt feedback, including actively managing poor performance
• Coaches, motivates and inspires team members to accomplish store goals and maximize their individual performance
• Plans out and manages employees’ activities and schedules in relation to the needs of the operations.
• Monitors employee productivity and provides constructive feedback and coaching to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Organizes workflow and ensures that the team understands their duties or delegated tasks.
2. Sales and Customer Satisfaction
• Ensure that Sales Target for the month is reached
• Prepare Sales Presentation for store’s sales
• Actively monitors customer satisfaction and feedback systems to drive continuous improvement
• Leads service by example and ensures highly visible and effective customer service management at all times
• Manages customer complaints effectively and diplomatically
3. Shift and Inventory Management
• Drives continuous improvement in stockroom processing and replenishment procedures.
• Minimizes loss by ensuring all loss prevention procedures are followed
• Verifies accuracy of inventory of stocks
4. Store Management and Compliance
• Ensure that all store concerns are raised to respective departments
• Provides suggestions and ideas on ways to improve systems and processes
• Responsible for effectively and efficiently achieving branch sales, and service targets through his/her subordinates
• Oversees and complies with all government statutory requirements
• Ensures that end of day process been followed and execute regularly
• Supervises staff to ensure continuous cleanliness and maintenance of the premises
• Takes responsibility for opening and closing the Branch on time, and in line with the company’s operating procedures.
• Performs all other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
