Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Metro Manila. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and conducting market research. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, coordinating with marketing and development teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and implementation
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Market research and report preparation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila
  • at least 2 years experience in the real estate or property development industry
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
