For our team in Istanbul (Turkey) and Manila (Philippines), we are therefore looking for a Manager Digital.
Manager Digital is responsible for creating and implementing strategies in line with PMI’s vision by leading digitally competent teams. This role ensures high-quality and productive outputs from the team, requiring a broad understanding of regional team with deep expertise in commercial, digital, and functional areas. The role involves aligning with various stakeholders in the markets/functions, Region and OC for implementation and gathering insights to reach business objectives and strive towards a smoke-free future.
Main accountabilities
Leadership And Strategy
Lead the GBS (Global Business Services) teams in multiple locations, ensuring alignment with PMI’s vision and objectives.
Act as a digital leader, actively participating in decision-making processes for short and long-term strategies.
Ensure flawless delivery of digital tasks by tracking business results and critical business and consumer KPIs.
SLA And KPI Management
Establish and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and effective delivery of digital services.
Define and track Key Performance Indicators to measure the success of digital initiatives, identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Documentation And Process Improvement
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation. Continuously analyze and improve digital processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization.
Collaboration And Coordination
Collaborate with multiple business functions, including global and regional teams, markets, and key partners.
Coordinate the alignment among these parties to improve business outcomes with high-level project and stakeholder management skills.
Engage with global teams to contribute to overall global PMI strategies and projects.
Market Support
Work closely with respective markets’ senior leaders and heads of functions to support digital activities and address difficulties.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners through governance meetings.
Support B2B(2C) digital engagement platforms and ensure the development of an omni-channel consumer digital landscape aligned with global strategies and market needs.
Continuous Improvement
Drive project optimizations by analyzing the performance of digital initiatives and promoting new global tools and initiatives.
Ensure best methodology sharing and standardization among clusters/markets and regions.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure process standardization, digitalization, and transformation.
Team Management
Organize, manage, and control the work of specialists, senior specialists, and senior team leads.
Motivate and encourage professional growth using training and other career development tools.
Develop business acumen and career progression of team members.

- University degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Extensive project management and stakeholder management skills. Broad knowledge of processes management.
- Rich experience (5+ years) in commercial or related domain.
- Strong distributed teams and people management skills, team commitment and results delivery orientation. Analytical skills and attention to detail.
