Insights & Analytics Specialist
Position Objective:
The position will exist to monitor online marketing trends, collect and analyze statistics, develop strategies for offline and online marketing campaigns, and track and optimize campaign performance with the objective of achieving the key result areas of the emerging sales channels.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
Testing marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance for both online and offline.
Evaluate cross-channel performances and comprehensive actionable insights.
Developing and presenting insights from analyses, including actionable key points and come up with conversion optimization strategies with the aim of improving efficiency in the marketing and communications department and increasing ROI.
Produce recommendations across all platforms (including Facebook Insights, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Paramount’s dashboard) on how to improve performance metrics.
Develop and oversee marketing campaigns for both online and offline and measurement strategies for future improvements.
Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website/digital platforms performance reports. Communicating and presenting these to colleagues and the management.
Analyze online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution.
Spot opportunities to try innovative new methodologies and improve the analytical procedure
Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly business report.
Monitoring and analyzing new media and marketing trends. Check and analyze competitor’s landscape to get ahead of the competition.
Auditing of all marketing executions.
Minimum Job Requirements:
• Education: Graduate of any 4-year course
• Work-Related Experience:
o at least 1 year doing Digital Marketing or has Attended and completed Digital marketing class
• Certifications/licenses
o Preferably a Google Analytics Certified, but not required.
• Special/Skills
o Computer: MS Applications (Google, Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
o Analytics Platform: Facebook Insight, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Search Console, SEMRush, Bitly, Similarweb and other analytical platforms.
o Should be able to work with minimal or no supervision
o Is good in report management, has analytical skills, knows the value of deadlines and can work under pressure.
o Has a professional and positive attitude and can work well with the team
