Hiring: Lead Generation Specialist
Company: Core Virtual Solutions (US company)
Work Setup: Fully Remote, Work-from-Home
Monthly Salary: $800-$850, commensurate to experience
Responsibilities may include:
Research and identify potential leads using tools like Sales Navigator and LinkedHelper
Conduct personalized outreach via LinkedIn Messages, Sales Navigator and other platforms
Develop and implement lead generation strategies
Qualify leads and ensure alignment with company services
Appointment setting via chat
Maintain and update CRM systems
Monitor and report on lead generation metrics
Qualifications:

At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in appointment setting via chat
Virtual Assistant experience in a US Healthcare industry is preferred
Excellent written communication skills
Flexible; able to multi-task in response to time-sensitive and changing situations
Self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to work without direct supervision
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Knowledge in SalesNav & LinkedHelper is a plus
Tech Requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet, updated computer/laptop, webcam, and headset
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and scheduling platforms
