Customer Service Representative (Onsite - Nightshift)

Key Responsibilities
- Collect and process required onboarding documentation from customers
- Set up and support payment processing for customers
- Provide support and assistance to customers via phone and email
- Resolve issues and inquiries related to customer’s payments and policies
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US Customer Service
- With very strong voice work skills
- Experience with Healthcare account is nice to have
- Amenable to work onsite at Eastwood Quezon City - Night shift Schedule
