A Marketing Associate is responsible for planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities. He/She must be highly organized, tech-savvy self-starter who understands the extensive details of marketing and must be familiar with ways to analyse market research and customers' behaviour.
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Provide input on market studies, client management, hands-on sales, and marketing functions.
- Implement approved Marketing Plan and Sales Plan through review and forecast.
- Regularly monitor sales, targets, and performance including continuous improvement and guidance to the Sales and Marketing departments.
- Evaluate and suggest marketing strategies based on research and concrete data.
- Conceptualize with the creative team on campaigns, projects and content that will best accomplish the goals set by the company.
- Coordinate with the Creative Team on assignments based on the activities and campaigns set by the company.
- Manage social media accounts including submitting social media plans and coordination with the creative team.
- Work closely with the Sales Teams on formulating plans on how to reach sales goals and increase market share.
- Maintain execution of cohesive branding throughout the different departments of the company.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by direct superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Marketing or any other Business-related course.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office Suite, G Suite, Web Analytics and business research tools
- Proficiency with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/ Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
