As a Senior Scrum Master, you will support our Engineering Scrum Teams and help the company build high-impact software and features that deliver value to our customers. - Providing timely feedback to stakeholders
- Championing agile values, principles, and practices within the organization
- Onboarding, train, and mentor scrum team members
- Facilitating scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint meetings, retrospectives, etc
- Helping Product Owners refine, arrange, and optimize product backlogs
- Removing roadblocks that can hinder the progress of teams
- Tweaking and adjusting the team's Agile practices to better facilitate software delivery, as needed
- Coordinating with release planning and deployment activities
We're looking for someone who is:
- A servant leader, fostering collaboration and team growth
- Proactive and adaptable, anticipating challenges and driving improvement
- An excellent communicator, ensuring clarity in discussions
- A problem-solver, removing obstacles for team success
- Thrives in a fast-paced agile environment, guiding teams to deliver value
- Strategic-minded, aligning agile practices with business goals
- At least 5 years as a Scrum Master (or in a similar role)
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Agile Scrum Master Certification (we strongly prefer this)
