Job summary

The Expert Onboarding Coordinator role provides onboarding community management services that allow to communicate on behalf of its customers and manage the trading partner onboarding

community. These may include setting up trading relationship with their global partners, answer incoming calls and emails promptly in accordance with established call/email -handling procedures together customer and TP information. The role provides concise, quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner for client projects. Performs related work as required and works on special projects, as requested. Interacts with fellow team members to enhance project performance. Provide first line support for end users through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving. Transfers customers to other internal departments where appropriate. Identifies the need to escalate specific issues and follow through where necessary. Proactively keeps up to date on new procedures.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS/ KEY RESULT AREAS

• Deliver day to day implementation requests from customers and its Trading Partners

• Provides 1ST level of support to basic site navigation and Trading Partner/Client concerns.

• After office hours, weekend and holiday availability when required.

REQUIREMENT & KEY COMPETENCIES

• Educational Requirement: degree or equivalent experience

• Fresh Grads are welcome, call center experience is an advantage

• Strong written and spoken English language

• Preferably with basic network communication protocol is required (e.g. FTP, SFTP)

• Knowledgeable in internet communication protocols

• Basic PC and Microsoft Office skills

• Familiar with different software installation procedures, troubleshooting PC or network connectivity

• Behavior Characteristics: Strong attention to detail and process, collaborative and adaptable

• Fast learner
