- Experience in budget management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, or other project management tools (preferred).
- Knowledge of local construction codes, safety regulations, and permit requirements.
