Our client has a great track record in the execution of complex Process Plant Construction projects across the Philippines. They are seeking a number of well experienced and Competent Project Managers (5years+ exp.) and Senior Project Managers (10years + exp.) to join their Project Construction Delivery team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role of Project Manager is responsible for managing their project which includes all aspects from the Pre-Construction/Contract Phase through Project Construction/Execution and Closure with hand over to the Client.

This includes issues such as:

Cost Planning, Project Planning, Risk Assessments/Management, Manpower Planning, Contract Strategy, leadership and development of their team, Client/Stakeholder Liaison, HESQ, Cost /Financial/Contract/ Commercial, Resourcing, and Performance Reporting aspects of their Project. The objective is to achieve the range of Project KPI’s resulting in a successful handover of the Project to the Client at the targeted Profit margin.

To succeed in this role, we expect the successful candidate will possess a number of key attributes/experiences including:

  • Project Managers (Circa 5years exp.), should have a career profile showing steady progression from Field/Site/ Project Engineer to Supervisor/Superintendent to Construction Manager and then to Project Manager responsibilities.
  • Senior Project Managers (10year + exp. At Project Manager level)

Also:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil / structural / mechanical engineering (Preferred), License will be well regarded
  • 20 years +, Post Graduate Experience including experience in Cost Planning, Project Planning, Risk Assessments/Management, Manpower Planning, Contract Strategy, leadership and development of their team, Client/Stakeholder Liaison, HESQ, Cost /Financial/Contract/ Commercial, Resourcing, and performance Reporting aspects of their Project. Extensive experience within the Construction Contractor Sector
  • Specific Project Construction Experience within a Construction Contractor environment: Process Plant Projects such as: Power Plants (Thermal/Renewable), Chemical, O&G, LNG, etc.
  • A demonstrable successful Project Execution history with delivering on Cost/Time/HESQ and Stakeholder satisfaction KPI’s
  • Proven ability in accurately reporting on Project Performance
  • Effective team leadership skills
  • Substantial drive for success and sense of responsibility in achieving Budgets/Targets
