Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Engagement
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates
- Foster positive candidate experiences through effective communication and engagement
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with organizational values
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective assessment strategies
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing timely updates to candidates and stakeholders
- Facilitate a positive and professional interview experience for all participants
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Work collaboratively with the HR team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes
- Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations
- At least college level
- At least 2 years of US recruitment experience
- At least 1 year of experience with ATS or any recruitment database in a call center setting
- Healthcare recruitment experience is a plus
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Monthly basic salary of 14,750 - 23,750
- Monthly allowance of 5,250
- Performance Incentives and Hire Commissions
- Paid Training Period
- All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed
