Remote - Business Development Associate
We’re a creative production agency partnering with top brands and agencies across the region. As we scale, we’re looking for a full-time Business Development Associate to help drive our outbound strategy.
This role is ideal for someone with strong written English, solid research skills, and a proactive approach to building relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Generation & Qualification
• Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, web tools, and industry databases
• Qualify leads based on criteria such as industry, role, budget potential, and relevance to our services
• Build and maintain structured lead lists in our CRM
Cold Outreach & Follow-Up
• Craft and send cold outreach messages via email and LinkedIn
• Personalize communication using company insights, work examples, and shared context
• Manage outreach cadences and follow-ups to secure intro calls and discovery meetings
Content Support for Outbound & Marketing
• Repurpose case studies and internal insights into short-form content for LinkedIn, emails, and pitches
• Help refine outbound templates, tone of voice, and messaging strategies
• Support proposal decks, email sequences, or pitch documents as needed

What We’re Looking For
• Fluent written and spoken English — You can write outreach messages that feel natural, relevant, and sharp
• Experience in lead generation and outbound sales, ideally in a B2B or creative/marketing context
• Strong research and organizational skills — You know how to find the right people and keep track of outreach
• Attention to detail — You take pride in clean data, well-structured messaging, and timely follow-ups
• Proactive mindset — You don’t wait around; you move fast and suggest improvements

• Experience in the creative, production, or marketing industry
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Notion, Google Sheets, or AI writing tools
• A background in copywriting, content creation, or communications

Role Details
• Type: Full-time, remote
• Hours: 40 hours/week, with some overlap with Singapore working hours
• Compensation: ₱30,000 and ₱40,000/month depending on experience
• Start date: Immediate
