Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare legal motions and documents with precision and accuracy

  • Manage professional client communications across multiple channels (phone, email, video calls)
  • Process and organize legal documents while maintaining strict confidentiality standards
  • Support case management through detailed documentation and organized file maintenance
  • Collaborate with attorneys on complex legal matters
  • Maintain accurate time tracking and adhere to a consistent work schedule
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Legal education or equivalent experience at the law student or early-career attorney level
  • Strong foundation in U.S. legal processes and terminology
  • Demonstrated excellence in legal writing and document preparation
  • Professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in legal document drafting preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard legal software
  • Strong analytical and legal research capabilities
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to established procedures
  • Must provide writing samples of prior legal work
  • Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and data privacy standards
