Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented National Sales Head to lead and drive the overall sales performance of our group of retail companies across the Philippines. This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing nationwide sales strategies, managing regional sales teams, expanding market reach, and ensuring consistent revenue growth across all brands and retail formats. The role is based in our Taguig headquarters and involves regular travel to key areas across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the national sales strategy in alignment with business goals, brand positioning, and market trends.

- Lead, mentor, and oversee regional and area sales managers to ensure sales targets are achieved across all retail locations nationwide.

- Analyze sales performance data, customer trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking; ensure profitability and cost-efficiency.

- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, and Finance teams to align sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.

- Drive business development by identifying new market opportunities, expansion areas, and retail partnerships.

- Set KPIs and performance standards for sales teams; conduct regular evaluations, coaching, and training.

- Ensure strong store-level execution of sales programs, pricing, product launches, and customer engagement.

- Represent the company in key business meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.

- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports to the executive leadership team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field; MBA is a plus.

- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles in retail or FMCG industries.

- Proven track record of successfully managing large, multi-location sales operations on a national scale.

- Strong understanding of the Philippine retail market, consumer behavior, and sales dynamics.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Analytical and data-driven mindset; proficient in using sales and performance management tools.

- High level of business acumen and strategic thinking.

- Willing to travel frequently to different parts of the Philippines.

- Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth, team development, and operational efficiency.
