  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the role

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer inquiries, maintaining client records, and coordinating sales activities

• Collaborating with the sales team to track and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators

• Coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and installation of products and services

• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administration or customer service role, preferably in the telecommunications industry

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients

• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
