The Digital Brands Marketing Communications Specialist is an integral part of the Digital Brands team, reporting to the Digital Brands Manager. The incumbent supports the Digital Brands PR & Content Manager, the Digital Brands Integrated Marketing Communications Manager, and the Digital Brands Manager by working on various projects in an agile manner.
This role is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of strategic digital marketing communications initiatives to enhance the awareness and perception of JTI's digital brands.
As the Digital Brands Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Project Support
• Assist in the execution of digital marketing communications projects, supporting the Digital Brands team.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
• Content Development
• Support the creation of content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and newsletters, ensuring consistency with JTI's brand guidelines.
• Help maintain and update content calendars in collaboration with the PR & Content Manager.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns
• Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance and gather data for analysis and reporting.
• Stakeholder and Agency Coordination
• Support the management of relationships with PR agencies and third-party suppliers.
• Assist in coordinating feedback, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
• Work closely with other departments, including Corporate Affairs, Legal, Marketing & Sales, Digital, and Data & Foresight, to support integrated communication efforts.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy development.
• Help monitor and analyze digital metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Creative Writing, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in marketing communications, communications campaign, brand and advertising accounts, or integrated marketing
• Strong foundation in digital marketing, with experience creating engaging, brand-aligned content
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt in fast-paced environments
• Skilled in analyzing digital metrics to support strategy and decision-making
• Effective communicator and team player, experienced in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
