An E-commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing online sales platforms, ensuring smooth customer experiences, and driving revenue growth for the company. Their role typically spans several areas, from digital marketing to operational tasks.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitoring, managing, and updating website content such as product listing, inventory updates, and the like.
• Analyzing consumer behavior preferences
• Ensuring all product details are mentioned correctly
• Support the marketing department and online sales team in developing promotional campaigns and launches
• Generation of market research and competitor monitoring that will help the brand strategies and plans
• Coordinate with customer experience team and fulfillment team to continually improve the customer shopping experience
• Ensure the quality of new and improved page layouts and features
• Work with the creative team to produce the best-performing content
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related fields
• Experience in managing e-commerce platforms including but not limited to Shoppe and Lazada
• Knowledgeable in social media and e-commerce marketing and operations
• Must have a good eye for design and layout
• Critical thinking and quick decision-making skills
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and all Apple and Google counterparts
• Knows how to use Adobe Suite/ Knowledgeable in multimedia
• Able to manage a wide variety of responsibilities
