We’re looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Specialist to take charge of our e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and others), leveraging their in-depth platform knowledge to grow our online business. Platform Growth & Management:
• Manage and optimize all e-commerce operations across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our B2C website.
• Plan, execute, and analyze platform marketing campaigns, ads, and promotions to maximize visibility and sales.
• Ensure flawless execution of product listings, pricing strategies, content updates, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with tech teams to troubleshoot platform issues and enhance the user experience.
In-Platform Marketing Expertise:
• Fully utilize the marketing tools and campaigns offered by Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
• Strategize, plan, and execute effective marketing initiatives tailored to each platform's unique capabilities.
• Track the performance of campaigns, optimizing for conversion rates, traffic, and ROI.
• Stay updated on new tools and features introduced by e-commerce platforms, incorporating them into marketing plans to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration with Design Team on Collaterals:
• Work closely with the in-house design team to develop visually appealing and engaging promotional materials, such as banners, product images, videos, and other collaterals.
• Ensure that all marketing assets align with platform guidelines and branding standards.
• Provide clear and detailed briefs to the design team to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
Customer Engagement & Service Excellence:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across platforms and social media.
• Resolve complaints and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage returns, refunds, and claims in line with company policies.
Inventory Optimization & Merchandising Analysis:
• Monitor stock levels and recommend actionable solutions to optimize inventory.
• Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to identify bestsellers and opportunities for product promotions or adjustments.
Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination:
• Oversee the order fulfillment process to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to address any shipping issues.
Data-Driven Marketing Strategies:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, such as product descriptions, images, and videos.
• Develop and execute promotional strategies tailored to each platform to boost visibility and conversion.
Business Development:
• Research and identify new e-commerce opportunities and emerging trends in digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Propose strategic recommendations to expand market reach and enhance the online shopping experience.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, campaigns, and customer service.
• Provide actionable insights and present regular reports to management.
