What You'll Do1. Drive E-Commerce Sales
• Platform Management: Oversee sales performance on Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, and Shopifymonitoring orders, updating tallies, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Ad Campaign Optimization: Plan and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, plus on-platform ads in Lazada and Shopee. Adjust budgets, audiences, and creatives to maximize ROAS.
• Promotional Launches: Strategize and execute promo campaigns (double-digit sales, paydays, etc.) across platforms, mirroring deals and prices for a seamless customer experience.
• Performance Tracking: Generate daily/month-to-date sales reports, keep an eagle eye on ROI, and adjust campaigns to stay ahead of competition.
2. Boost Brand Awareness
• Content Creation: Develop eye-catching visuals and scroll-stopping videos to build brand recognition and nurture customer loyalty.
• Social Media Strategy: Create and schedule posts via Meta Business Suite Planner to maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence.
• Platform Maintenance: Ensure Shopify and other e-commerce storefronts are in top shape, swiftly handling any technical hiccups.
• Audience Engagement: Respond to inquiries, handle customer concerns, and generate positive buzz that fuels online word-of-mouth.
3. Manage & Create Influencer Campaigns
• Influencer Outreach: Identify and collaborate with influencers whose values and audiences align with our brand.
• Campaign Coordination: Negotiate partnerships, plan creative briefs, and set performance goals to ensure measurable impact.
• Relationship Building: Nurture long-term partnerships by providing influencers with ongoing support, brand updates, and campaign insights.
• Result Analysis: Track engagement, conversions, and sentiment from influencer campaigns to continually refine strategies.
