  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Management

- Update and maintain the company website & web-store.

- Process and fulfill online orders, ensuring smooth payment transactions & customer experience.

2. Online Retail Operations

- Manage and optimize our presence on third-party online retail platforms. (Pickaroo & Metromart)

3. Social Media Engagement

- Respond promptly and professionally to social media queries and customer messages.

5. Graphic Design

- Create basic labels and visually appealing graphic designs for online & store use.

6. Collaboration

- Will assist Sales & Marketing teams as needed.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and website management.

- Proficient in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).

- good communication and customer service skills.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
