About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of our online store. In this role, you'll ensure the digital storefront runs smoothly, aligns with our brand identity, and delivers an excellent shopping experience. From product listings and inventory management to supporting online campaigns and boosting conversion rates, you'll play a key role in driving online growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including product uploads, inventory updates, and promotional setup
• Ensure a seamless and optimized customer journey from landing page to checkout
• Collaborate with marketing on SEO, email campaigns, and paid media initiatives
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend enhancements to increase traffic and sales
• Partner with customer support to resolve order issues and enhance post-purchase experience
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, ideally in premium retail or consumer goods
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or similar e-commerce tools
• Solid grasp of digital marketing principles including SEO, SEM, and email marketing
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Passion for lifestyle, fashion, or sports is a plus
