About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy E-Commerce Associate to support the daily operations of our online store. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the ins and outs of e-commerce across platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and manage product listings (photos, descriptions, pricing)

• Ensure inventory is updated and accurate across all channels

• Assist with order processing, fulfillment coordination, and returns

• Monitor customer inquiries and provide timely support

• Support the execution of online campaigns, promos, and discounts

• Help generate basic reports on sales and store performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic commerce course, or any related field

• Experience with online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) is a plus

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Good communication skills (written and verbal)

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in customer service is a plus

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
