Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for office renovation and remodeling projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and with high quality.
  2. Manage office operations and coordinate with external building property management for various liaison matters.
  3. Handle daily administrative procurement management, including supplier tendering, evaluation, and assessment.
  4. Have a sense of cost control awareness, able to manage office expenses to ensure compliance with budget and quality requirements.
  5. Respond promptly and handle daily office affairs and employee needs; assist the company headquarters in dealing with office-related matters.

Qualifications

  1. At least 5 years of administrative management experience, with preference given to those with experience in office renovation management and supplier management.
  2. Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively with international teams and suppliers; proficiency in Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
  3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
  4. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, able to handle emergencies and complex work environments.
  5. High attention to quality and detail, able to ensure work quality and efficiency.
  6. Team player with a positive attitude, able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
