Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for office renovation and remodeling projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and with high quality.
- Manage office operations and coordinate with external building property management for various liaison matters.
- Handle daily administrative procurement management, including supplier tendering, evaluation, and assessment.
- Have a sense of cost control awareness, able to manage office expenses to ensure compliance with budget and quality requirements.
- Respond promptly and handle daily office affairs and employee needs; assist the company headquarters in dealing with office-related matters.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of administrative management experience, with preference given to those with experience in office renovation management and supplier management.
- Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively with international teams and suppliers; proficiency in Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, able to handle emergencies and complex work environments.
- High attention to quality and detail, able to ensure work quality and efficiency.
- Team player with a positive attitude, able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
