The Director of Operations / Chief of Staff will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of the company, managing key initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency across all departments. Qualifications:

Experience:
Experience in operations, project management, or a similar role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a Chief of Staff role or similar position supporting executive leadership is a strong advantage.
