General Administrative Assistant
- Master calendar juggling to ensure no appointments are missed.
- Tame the email jungle with organized inboxes and swift responses.
- Master to-do lists with ninja-like efficiency.
- Dive into data, organizing and analyzing with precision.
- Troubleshoot tech issues, keeping the digital workspace smooth.
- Travel plans Research & trip booking and coordination

Bookkeeper
- Keep our financial records spotless by recording day-to-day transactions
- Reconcile bank statements like a pro.
- Bookkeeping online set up, recording daily transactions, making invoices
- Classifying expenses as well as maintaining other entries.
- Zohobooks & ZohoPayroll (web-based accounting system)
- Prepare financial reports that make our heads spin—in a good way!
- Help us stay on top of budgets and forecasts.
-Basic accounting needs such as keeping ledgers current and accurate
- Handling accounts payable and receivable, and getting finances in order for tax preparation.
