Key Responsibilities: * Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable. * Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees. * Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions. * Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers. * Prepare and submit financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets. * Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. * Monitor financial discrepancies and suggest corrective actions. * Assist in the preparation of tax documents and filings. * Collaborate with the accountant and management to improve financial processes. * Maintain confidentiality of financial information. Qualifications: * At least 3 Years of Bookkeeping Experience * Must-Have Expertise in US Taxation: W9, 1099, W2 (Proof required) Note: Monitored by a time tracker
