The Sales Support Representative is responsible for handling inbound sales, engaging with customers, and closing sales deals. This position will also be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, and providing excellent customer service to potential customers.

This is an onsite position at our site, Sanctum, in North EDSA, Quezon City.

What does a day in the life as a Sales Chat Support Representative look like?

  • Responds promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, or chat
  • Answer inbound sales inquiries
  • Sell and upsell variety of products and services
  • Provides accurate information about products and services to customers
  • Negotiate and closes sales deals over the phone
  • Identifies customer needs and recommends appropriate products or services
  • Maintains accurate documentation of all customer interactions in CRM system
  • Resolves customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follows up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
  • Continuously improves knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
  • Collaborates with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues
  • Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Meets or exceeds performance targets for related KPI’s
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What are the required qualifications for a Sales Chat Support Representative?

  • Undergraduates are welcome to apply
  • Previous experience n an inbound sales role or equivalent, preferably in the call center environment
  • Experience supporting customers via phone, chat and email prefered
  • Strong communication sklls, both verbal and written
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications such as CRM
  • Amenable to work onsite
