The Ecommerce Manager is responsible in overseeing the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce business, ensuring that the website is optimized for sales, and that revenue and profit targets are met. Develop and implement effective strategies for online sales and marketing to achieve the company's goals. The manager will need to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in E-commerce and retail, including new technologies, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all on-line store accounts such as TikTok Shop, Zalora, Calyxta, BeautyMNL, Lazada, Shopee and Shopify
  • Manage TikTok Live Selling
  • Prepare and maintain an updated product catalogue for Online Sales
  • Monitor and maintain healthy stock levels
  • Monitor arriving restocks and incoming new items to stock/replenish
  • Monitor each SKU health per brand (Identify slow-moving and best-selling)
  • Initiate promos and bundles for Online Store Accounts except Watsons Online Store
  • Create online and direct sales forecast for Purchasing department (stock allotment)
  • Generate Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Online and Direct Sales Report, Targets and Analysis
  • Conduct monthly evaluation of sales performance and ensures team hits target sales and KPIs and discussion on recommended steps moving forward (Monthly Team Meeting)
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis/ recommendations to improve sales in all online stores
  • Create costings for all online store SKUs
  • Spearhead enrollment of brands in online stores (Preparing presentations and requirements)
  • Create all online marketing collaterals for all online stores and for social media
  • Supervise and Train each Ecom associate's daily task in operating each online store
  • Coordinate with Social Media Specialist in utilizing FB Ads Manager / Google AdWords to promote digital ads
  • Coordinate with Brand Managers regarding marketing materials
  • Generate Monthly Ads Analysis Report per brand
  • Provide monthly consultation with brands re. Ads Analysis Report
  • Develop systems to improve current or non-existent ones
  • Develop & conduct training programs for the team
  • Keep up to date with latest digital marketing trends and marketing placements on online stores

Coordination

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain on restocking items in online stores
  • Coordinate with Purchasing on arrival of new items and restocking of existing items
  • Coordinate with Brand Managers on online promos and costings
  • Coordinate with Brand Managers on marketing materials for new items, slow-moving items, existing items, & promo announcements
  • Coordinate with Regulatory Pharmacist Supervisor for product enrollment
  • Coordinate with Product Development Marketing on supplier and Watsons requirements
  • Coordinate with Online Store Account Managers for transactions, concerns, and etc.

  • Generate Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Online Sales Report with Analysis
