- Coordinate with sales team members to ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment
- Assist with product management tasks, such as updating product information, inventory tracking, and coordinating product assets
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, product inquiries, and issue resolution
- Support sales team members with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination of sales and product activities
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, product administration, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, and meet deadlines
- Experience in e-commerce sales support or product management
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and order processing procedures
- Familiarity with sales and product analytics tools
- Understanding of basic sales and marketing principles
