Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales and Product Administrator to support our sales and product teams in managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. The Sales and Product Administrator will be responsible for maintaining customer records, and product submissions, coordinating product development samples, and assisting with product management tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting sales and product functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including tracking orders, and updating customer information
  • Coordinate with sales team members to ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment
  • Assist with product management tasks, such as updating product information, inventory tracking, and coordinating product assets
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, product inquiries, and issue resolution
  • Support sales team members with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination of sales and product activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, product administration, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce sales support or product management
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and order processing procedures
  • Familiarity with sales and product analytics tools
  • Understanding of basic sales and marketing principles

Prior Experience

Working with a product designer, commercializing products, organizing all assets ( product photos, naked products, and lifestyle) coordinating the marketing content for ecom and customers. Strong understanding of customers' expectations and online protocols.
