Job Description
- Collecting and analyzing the project's business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to development team.
- Evaluating the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and workshops.
- Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.
- Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client.
- Performs in-depth analyst for portfolio management and undertake strategy development
- Submits reports regularly on the basis of these analyses
- Conducts research studies to identify loopholes in their strategies and also discover new opportunities or areas to focus in
- Other duties / responsibilities that may be assigned by the manager
- Holds expertise in PowerPoint presentations. Having a technical knowledge how to maximize Microsoft PowerPoint’s functions, and the creative background needed to beautify presentations that drive clear objectives is an advantage. Has experience working in the BPO industry to assist team with key metrics and presentations – creating visually empowering presentations for operations.
- Has knowledge on Data analysis to create clear and effective data visualization and Infightings working closely with Senior ACM.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field from an accredited institution.
- At least 2-3 years previous related experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Minimum Training Required
- Must show strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work in a team, leading and motivating them
- Should be aware of the basic technical software and applications need in this line of work
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal are important
